Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Byte of Inspiration Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to talk with you and do good work, and we never sell your information.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, book a call, or email, call, or text us, we collect the details you share. That usually includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, and anything you write in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours collects basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, general location (city or region), the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. This comes from cookies and similar tools described below.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Schedule and confirm consultations, and send reminders about them
- Prepare proposals and provide the services you hire us for
- Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
- Keep our website secure and working properly
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not use your information for anything unrelated to these purposes without asking you first.
Text Messages
If you give us your mobile number when you book a call or contact us, you agree that we may send you text messages related to your request, such as appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We do not share or sell your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites work and remember information about your visit. We use them to keep our site running smoothly and to understand how visitors use it.
We may use tools such as Google Analytics to see things like which pages are visited most and how people find us. These tools collect information in a way that does not directly identify you. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job. These include:
- Website hosting, which stores our website and form submissions (Hostinger)
- Scheduling and video calls, when you book a consultation (Zoom)
- Analytics, to understand website traffic (Google)
- Reviews display, which shows our Google reviews on our site (Trustindex)
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business sale or transfer.
Client Accounts
When you hire us, we may work inside your website, Google Business Profile, advertising, or social media accounts. We only access what we need for the work you hired us to do, we keep your login details private, and we never use your account data for any other purpose. Details for client work are covered in your written agreement with us.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. If you contact us and do not become a client, we periodically delete old inquiries we no longer need.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections on our website and limiting who can access it. No website or online service is 100% secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you messages
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws. To make any request, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will never treat you differently for making a request.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to Other Websites
Our site may link to other websites, such as our social media pages or articles we reference. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
