Social Media Managementin Worcester, MASo Your Business StaysWorth Finding
Social media for businesses, built to show your work, sound like you, and help search engines understand exactly who you are.
Someone Is Checking Your Page Right Now
Whether it is a customer checking you out or a search engine crawling your profiles, the question is the same: what are they finding? An active feed full of finished work says you are here and you are busy. A post from 2023 makes people wonder if you are still in business. This is your chance to be strong in both places at once, with people and with search.
Who is Social Media For
We work with all local service businesses and solo owners. Contractors, trades, home services, and the kind of business where people are booking a person, not a company.
That includes accounts nobody has touched in months, businesses posting regularly without knowing whether it does anything, and owners who know social matters but cannot find the hour a week.
Social Media with Two Different Jobs
This is where we are unique. Most agencies sell one version of social media management. But the truth is, social media does two things. Both are important, and which one you need depends on what you do, your business needs, and your budget.
The Search Angle (SEO)
This is content built so search engines and AI tools can read it. Consistent business information across every profile, clear service language, real project work, captions that use the words your customers search. It is written well and it looks good, but it does read like a business posting, because that is what it is.
This works when the company is the brand. Contractors, trades, home services, anywhere the customer is hiring a company rather than a person. It is also the version that builds the footprint that makes you findable, so it is the one that quietly supports everything else you are paying for.
Done for you
We handle the search angle. We research what your customers are actually looking for, build a content strategy around the services you want more of, then create and post it. Real captions, real work, clear service language, consistent business information across every profile. The goal is content people enjoy seeing that also drives traffic back to your site and tells search engines exactly who you are. You approve and get back to work.
The Brand Angle
This is you. Your face, your voice, the way you actually talk, the reason people picked you over someone cheaper. Some businesses live entirely on this. If your customers follow you rather than your logo, if they book because they like you, then the personal content is not decoration.
And here is the honest part: we cannot do that for you. I can write in your voice and I can make it sound like your business, but I cannot be you on camera, and pretending otherwise would produce exactly the polished agency content your audience would scroll past. That is why the coaching option exists.
Coaching you through it
We handle the brand angle by teaching it rather than faking it. Instead of a scheduled call you have to sit still for, you get me on Voxer for the whole day. Send a message from the truck, from the chair, from your kitchen at nine at night. We problem solve, work through your hooks and your videos, and set your goals for the week. You post. I keep you pointed in the right direction.
Plenty of clients do both, and that is usually the strongest setup. We build the searchable content underneath while you show up as yourself on top. Different jobs, with the same goal in mind.
About Pricing
On the branding side of things, four Voxer days a month, with weekly check-ins and strategy planning, start at $500 a month. We recommend sticking with this for at least 3 months so we can really dive deep into your business and set a good strategy.
Done-for-you pricing depends on how many platforms you want or what your business needs, how much content you need, and how much video is involved. There is no honest way to put one number on that, so we build it around your business and your budget. Tell us what you can spend, and we will tell you what that gets you and if it’s worth doing it. Our biggest goal is to see you succeed, so our strategies will always be what’s best for you and your business.
What's Included in Social Media Management
Every strategy plan includes:
- Brand voice and content strategy built around how your business actually talks
- A monthly content calendar planned around your services, seasons, and busy weeks
- Platform recommendations, because you do not need to be on all of them
- Posts written and designed in your brand, not a stock template with your logo
- Captions and hashtags built around what your customers actually search
- Profile optimization so your bio, services, and location match your website
- Content aligned with your website and Google Business Profile so everything says the same thing
- Monthly reporting on reach, engagement, and traffic to your site
- Comment and message monitoring so real customer questions do not sit unanswered
Why Your Social Media Affects If You Get Found
Here is the part most agencies get wrong, in both directions.
Likes and followers are not a Google ranking factor. Anyone selling you social media as a way to rank is overselling it.
But your profiles are doing something else. Search engines and AI tools build a picture of your business from everywhere you appear. Your website, your Google Business Profile, your Facebook, your Instagram. When all of them say the same thing about what you do and where you do it, you become a recognizable entity. When they contradict each other, or three of them are empty, you are harder to trust and harder to recommend.
This is not theoretical. Branded mentions across the web now correlate with visibility in AI search results roughly three times more strongly than backlinks do, and about one in fifteen AI answers already pulls from social content.
Every social profile feeds your online garden.

Alexis helped my businesses website to get out of the slow lane. I am based in Oxford Massachusetts and I market to the Worcester County area. She helped me, in a very kind yet direct manner, to see where my site was sufficient and could use a little help, use a lot of help, where it was deficient, extremely deficient, and just outright defunct. Alexis has the ability to do all of this without being insulting. She has developed the art of being able to show the client that; she is on your side, wants you to succeed, and most definitely has the skills to help you succeed. She has excellent personal interest and is extremely talented with the ability to understand your situation and translating it into the solution that is unique to your situation. Hire Alexis! She will makes sure that you are not only seen, she will makes sure that you look your best!Posted on Google![]()

Based in Webster,
Serving Businesses in Massachusetts and Beyond
We are based in Webster, about twenty minutes south of Worcester, and most of our clients are within an hour of us. For social media that can make a big difference and can really help because we know the towns, the seasons, and the local events worth posting about.
Not in Worcester? Not even in Massachusetts?
We work with businesses well outside New England. What changes is the research, not the method. We are great at researching and getting to know your area and the big things happening there to help give you the best local presence.

Common Questions
Which Social Media Management package should I pick, done for you or coaching?
It comes down to your budget and what you want social to do for you. Coaching is the more affordable option because you are doing the posting yourself. Done-for-you costs more because we do the work. If you want social to support your rankings and bring in leads while you focus on what you do best, done for you is the fit. If you want to build your personal brand, coaching is where we start. Plenty of businesses land in both, and done-for-you never stops you from posting as yourself too.
Not sure yet? Then let’s have a conversation and figure it out together.
Why can't you just post as me?
We can write in your voice and it will sound like your business. What we cannot do is be you on camera or in your stories, and for a business built on a personal brand, that is the part that matters. Our content will be more the polished agency content to build your SEO and bring leads to your website. Coaching exists so you can make that content to give it your personal touch.
What is a Voxer day?
Voxer is a walkie-talkie app. On a Voxer day you have me for the whole day, not a scheduled hour. Send a message when something comes up, get an answer back, keep working. We deep dive into what is stuck, work through your hooks and videos, and set your goals for the week.
What does this cost?
Coaching starts at $500 a month for four Voxer days with weekly check-ins and strategy planning. Done-for-you depends on platforms, content volume, and video, so we build it around your business and your budget rather than publishing a number that fits nobody. Tell us what you can spend and we will tell you honestly what that gets you.
Do I have to send you photos?
It helps a lot, and we will show you what to capture on a job. But we can build content without them. Nobody has ever been dropped from our calendar for a bad photo month.
Also, if you want to send us your branding videos and photos, we can edit them and publish them; that is an option too.
Does social media help my Google rankings?
Not directly. Likes and followers are not ranking factors. What social does is help search engines and AI tools recognize your business as a consistent, real entity, which increasingly affects whether you get recommended. It supports your SEO rather than replacing it.
Which platforms do I actually need?
For brand building, usually Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok. We would rather build strong profiles than a bunch of abandoned ones. For the search angle, more platforms saying the same thing about your business build a stronger signal, so we cover more of them. We will recommend the right mix for what you are trying to do.
How long before this does anything?
Three to six months for recognition to build, because it works through repetition. The upside is that it compounds. Content you post this spring is still working for you next year, which is not true of ads.
How is Social Media Management different from Meta Ads?
Social management builds the page people land on. Meta Ads pay to put you in front of new people. Ads bring attention, and your page decides what they think when they get there. They work best together.
Will it still sound like me?
That is the point. We spend real time on voice before we write anything, and you approve the first month. If a caption does not sound like you, tell us, and we will fix it, but keep in mind that we will be adding keywords and making sure the content is properly explained so it does its job!
Am I locked into a contract?
No long-term lock-in. We do ask for three months because social media judged at thirty days has not had time to do anything and if you are coaching we are building around your brand and it does take time.
