Meta Ads Managementin Worcester, MASo the Right PeopleStop Scrolling
Facebook and Instagram advertising for Massachusetts service businesses, built around your customers and your offer instead of whatever post happened to do well last week.
Reach People Before They Start Looking
Nobody opens Instagram hoping to find a contractor. But Meta already knows who has been browsing kitchen photos, pricing out a project, or looking at homes in your town. Done right, your ad lands while they are still thinking about it, well before they ever type anything into Google. That way when they are finally ready, yours is the name they already know.
Who Are Social Media Ads For
We work with all business owners. These include local service businesses like contractors, trades, home services, and small companies whose work looks good in a photo.
Meta Ads work best when there is something to build on. We recommend getting your website, Google Business Profile, and regular posting in decent shape first, because every ad sends people to check all three. If the foundation is not ready, we will say so rather than take money for a campaign that was never going to work.
What's Included in Your Social Media Campaign
Every Meta Ads management includes:
- Meta Pixel and conversion tracking so you see which leads came from ads
- Audience research built around your services, towns, and best customers
- Campaign structure organized by offer, not one ad trying to do everything
- Ad creative built from your real projects, your team, and your work
- Copy and offers matched to where the customer is in their decision
- Retargeting so people who visited your site see you again
- Monthly reporting on leads, cost per lead, and how the creative performed
- An easy to understand summary of what changed and what we are testing next
- Landing page recommendations when the ad works but the page does not convert
Why Boosting Posts Doesn't Work
Boosting is the blue button Facebook puts right where you can see it. It is easy, it feels productive, and it is the most common way local businesses quietly waste money. In honesty, boosting posts doesn’t do what you think it does. Yes it can work but here are some reasons it is kind of a waste…
– Almost no targeting. You get a few broad options. Real campaigns build audiences around location, behavior, and people who already visited your website.
– It optimizes for the wrong thing. Boosting chases engagement, so Meta finds people likely to click a heart. Those are not the people likely to request an estimate.
– No tracking. You see likes. You do not see which leads came from it, which means nobody can tell you whether it worked.
– The creative was never built to be an ad. A post written for your followers is doing a different job than an ad meant to introduce you to a stranger.
None of this is expensive to fix. It just has to be set up on purpose. Boosting is throwing seed on the driveway and hoping they turn into a thriving garden.
Anyone can scatter seeds but growing takes a plan.
How Search Engine Optimization Works...
Explore our easy in depth steps to make the most out of getting found online and bringing the right customers to you.
Discover
We talk about your services, which jobs you want more of, which towns matter, and what you have that we can build creatively from.
Stratagize
We research your audience and competitors, then build a campaign plan and budget recommendation. We work with you to get it right.
Create
We build the campaigns and creative, set up your Pixel and tracking, and launch. Every month, you get a summary of what is happening.
Grow
We watch exactly what produces leads, refresh what is needed, and adjust. Meta rewards campaigns that keep feeding it new material.
What It Costs and When Will You See Results
Most see leads within
two to six weeks
Meta needs data before it gets efficient, and that takes a few weeks. Creativity is the other variable. Some ads work immediately, and some take two or three versions to find the one people stop for. Expect testing for the first month or two rather than a straight line. We will keep you involved and tell you honestly where you are.
Reccomended Ad spend starts at
$ 1000 per month
Ad spend goes directly to Meta from your own account. Our fees are separate: a one-time setup starting at $750, then a monthly management fee of 10 to 20 % of ad spend, with a $500 monthly minimum. Where you land depends on your market and how much creativity the campaign needs.
Important Note: The higher your budget, the faster the results. Anyone who promises you page one in thirty days is usually guessing or not telling you everything.

Alexis helped my businesses website to get out of the slow lane. I am based in Oxford Massachusetts and I market to the Worcester County area. She helped me, in a very kind yet direct manner, to see where my site was sufficient and could use a little help, use a lot of help, where it was deficient, extremely deficient, and just outright defunct. Alexis has the ability to do all of this without being insulting. She has developed the art of being able to show the client that; she is on your side, wants you to succeed, and most definitely has the skills to help you succeed. She has excellent personal interest and is extremely talented with the ability to understand your situation and translating it into the solution that is unique to your situation. Hire Alexis! She will makes sure that you are not only seen, she will makes sure that you look your best!Posted on Google![]()

Based in Webster,
Serving Businesses in Massachusetts and Beyond
We are based in Webster, about twenty minutes south of Worcester, and most of our clients are within an hour of us. That matters for social advertising, because we know the towns, the seasons, and what people around here respond to.
Not in Worcester? Not even in Massachusetts?
Not a problem for us! We might be a little sassy, but Meta Ads work the same way everywhere, and we work with businesses well outside New England. What changes is the research, not the method or attitude.

Common Questions
Should I even be running social ads right now?
It depends. If your website, Google Business Profile, or social pages are not in good shape, ads expose that fast. Get the soil right, then fertilize with Ads.
How is Social Media Ads different from Google Ads?
Google reaches people already searching for you. Meta reaches people who have not started looking yet. Google captures demand. Meta creates it. Most local businesses eventually want both, and if you can only do one right now, we will tell you which.
Do I need to give you photos and videos?
It helps enormously. Real project photos, before and afters, and your crew outperform anything from a stock site. If you do not have much, we will tell you what to start capturing on jobs. It is the single best thing you can do for your ads.
Do I own my ad account?
Yes, and this matters more on Meta than people realize. If an agency runs your ads from their own Business Manager, you lose your Pixel history and custom audiences when you leave. We work inside your account as a partner, so everything stays with you.
Is the management fee separate from ad spend?
Yes. Ad spend goes directly to Meta from your own account. Our fee is separate and covers the work. Any agency that will not clearly separate those two is worth more questions.
What is retargeting?
Showing ads to people who already visited your website. They looked at your bathroom remodel page, left, and thought about it. Retargeting puts you back in front of them later. It is usually the best-performing part of a local campaign.
Can you guarantee a certain number of leads?
Sadly no. Cost per lead moves with your market, your offer, and your creative. As much as we wish we had a way to look into the future, we don’t. What we can do is tell you what is actually working, month over month, and work to nail it down and bring you the best results.
Am I locked into a contract?
No long-term lock-in. We do ask for three months, because a Meta campaign judged at thirty days is being judged before the testing is finished.
What is boosting, and why isn't it the same thing?
Boosting is the blue button Facebook shows on your posts. It promotes an existing post to a broad audience with almost no targeting and no real tracking. A managed campaign is built in Ads Manager, where you control who sees it, what it is optimized for, and whether it produced a lead. Boosting is easy. That is most of its appeal, but we do feel like it is usually a waste of money.
Do you use Meta's AI tools?
It depends; it is important to use it where they work. Advantage+ campaigns usually outperform manual setups in targeting and budget. We keep manual control where precision matters, and we direct the creative rather than letting it generate whatever it wants with your name on it.
Will Meta ads help my Google rankings?
Not directly. Paid social does not affect organic search rankings. What it can do is build brand searches, which is when people start Googling your business by name instead of searching for your service. That helps, just not in the way most people assume.
Meta says its AI can run my ads for me. Why would I hire you?
Meta’s AI is genuinely good at targeting and budgeting, and sometimes we do use it. What it can’t do is showcase your brand, decide what your business should be advertising, write an offer that fits your market, or notice that your leads are coming in but nobody is calling them back. The automation needs good inputs and someone watching the output and understanding how to change and fix it. That is the part we do.
